Megan Katarina is a Florida-born singer, songwriter, and author based in Nashville whose music blends raw vulnerability with vivid storytelling. Influenced by legends like John Prine and Joni Mitchell, she began performing at 13 and built a loyal following through her emotionally honest lyrics and engaging performances. Her 2018 debut album, Being Crazy Ain’t For the Weak, explored themes of anxiety, heartbreak, and resilience, landing at #14 on the iTunes charts and earning accolades in national songwriting contests.
Since then, Megan has co-written for Billboard-charting artists and toured extensively, performing over 100 house concerts across the U.S.—a journey that inspired her acoustic album To Be Honest. During the pandemic, she turned to poetry, launching Storied, a fan-funded book and companion album released in 2023. Megan’s mission is to bring soul and sincerity back to music, creating meaningful, lasting connections through every lyric she writes.
